早餐:有吃:漢堡*1+紅茶*1(有糖)
但沒吃的機會比較大
午餐:3菜1~2肉便當、水餃15~20粒外加一罐外賣的綠茶(無糖居多)
大約是這個量
晚餐:3菜1~2肉
自家煮的
其他:平常很少再吃零食點心,尤其是甜食
但蠻常喝飲料的(運動飲料、汽水之類的)
日常作息時間:晚上1點左右~早上8~9點睡覺休息
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:當天沒下雨就會去運動
跑步:3000/20mins
仰臥起坐:60下
伏地挺身:30下
全部RUN完加暖身舒展大約40mins
我的問題:已經有一陣子體重沒在下降了
但也沒上升
就有卡住的感覺
但身形因為有運動的關係線條還是有變比較好
我需要CARE體重的數字嗎?
還是持續這樣的運動量下去就好?
