例:使用直徑「30~40mm之貢丸或桌球體積」為度量衡參考標準
吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:
饅頭*1 肉包*2 豆漿250ml 約645大卡(依營養標示
午餐:
便當 約600~750大卡
假日自己煮 約700大卡
菜單:義大利麵100g+紅醬(400)或地瓜200g(310) 括弧內為熱量
水煮雞胸肉80g(約100)
味噌湯(約220):味噌(56)、豆腐(15)、青菜 +貢丸*1(114)or花枝丸*2(56)
晚餐:
通常自己煮 菜單同上
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
7點起床 上課
中午或下午下課後重訓
23~1點就寢
