小的減肥史也有好幾年 就是斷斷續續(工作熬夜大敵)
最近這幾個月 開始努力減重
強迫自己每周去運動4次
40分有氧(40分跑步機 強度10.0) 搭配半小時重訓
不過這時我發現 體重掉非常慢 幾乎不掉 而且看起來很蒼老(都運動皮膚還皺巴巴)
後來上網看看哪個環節有問題 才發現好像是水分攝取太少
以前
每天只喝 1,000CC(早上500CC冰拿鐵無糖)
加上水果之類 或者當天有運動 頂多1,000左右 <<<這是極限
但是有氧需要更多的水分補充(應該是吧?)
但喝足2,000CC 等於以前的一倍
而且非常不喜歡水的味道 沒味道 喝起來好奇怪
所以修改了以前的喝法
1. 上午 一杯無糖冰拿鐵 500CC
2. 中午 無糖炭培烏龍(茶味重) or 蜂蜜蘆薈(不加糖 微蜜) 700CC
2. 若當天有運動 再努力 努力的 喝完一瓶礦泉水(自己帶鹽巴加進去) 500CC
3. 下午 一杯無糖冰拿鐵 500CC
4. 晚上 水果 200CC
湊滿2,000CC後 搭配原先的運動
體重開始有降 而且皮膚也比較好 比較不會粗粗的?
雖然每次喝完都覺得 肚子漲到一個極致
