我們隨處都可以看到人們在飲用瓶裝水。
就健康人而言,人體體液的平衡需要依靠血管收縮素和腎臟的代謝,
同時也仰賴口渴機制(記得好像是下視丘)和水份的攝取。
水份的攝取來自食物、身體的代謝、飲料等,
而水份的流失會透過人體的皮膚、呼吸、大小便等方式進行。
一個人所須排出的尿量取決於最大腎濃縮能力及必須排出的溶質量。
(PS:譬如說當身體攝取超過身體所需的糖類=血糖>180mg/dL,必須藉由尿液排出)
在正常的飲食、運動、氣候等條件之下,一天最少排尿量為500mL,
(老外真客氣,不是我要批評,而是我相信很多人睡一覺起來都有一半左右吧?!)
一天只須攝取超過500mL的水份,所排出的尿液便不含任何溶質。
建議男性一天應攝取3000mL的水份
女性一天應攝取2200mL的水份才恰當,
並無證據顯示攝取過多的水份對健康是有好處的,
除了可能在預防腎結石或預防腎結石的復發。
