上禮拜難得回家,全家人一起去逛了COSTCO,
為了省錢我買了一串COSTCO的藍莓貝果(一串六個)回到宿舍打算當早餐~
一個禮拜有四天的時間我早餐都是:
烤藍莓貝果夾兩片芝x樂的低脂起士、牛番茄切片(大約半顆)、小黃瓜、苜蓿芽
最後再打上一杯香蕉牛奶(一整根香蕉加上光泉400新鮮屋全脂牛奶)
當時我自以為這樣的早餐健康又豐盛,
然後午餐晚餐因為在自助餐店打工的關係所以想吃什麼都OK~
但是盡量是選擇高麗菜、菠菜、魚、蛋這類的食物...
一個禮拜過去後....
有天上完課回到宿舍,我室友語重心長的跟我說,
「minipingi813,你整個臉都圓起來了耶?」
我趕快去照鏡子,真的變好圓!胖胖的,我的尖下八咧!!
甚至連雙下八都跑出來了!!
不僅如此,我這裡拜真的感覺我的褲子越來越緊,
體重一量,我胖了兩公斤......
我一直在想到底上禮拜是哪裡出了問題,後來決定計算一天下來吃的東西的熱量,
發現>>>光是早餐就吃了700卡!
貝果熱量很高,香蕉熱量也高!
我根本是把一天一半的熱量都先吃下肚了...(50<我的體重<55)
心得就是,我該好好認真計算每天的熱量了...
還有我是不是不適合吃麵包類啊?害我最近朋友都叫我麵包麵包~~
最後我想問一下,自助餐的菜,如果一次是吃一大匙,這樣熱量要怎麼算啊?
我問過,老闆娘說菜都是用沙拉油炒的~
各位大大都是怎麼計算熱量的咧?
