昨天看到一個外國YouTube影片提到,科學研究顯示,糖淳類代糖並非0熱量。在腸道內反應一克會產生3大卡的熱量。跟一般蔗糖差別不大。
連膳食纖維一克都會產生2大卡的熱量,這真是顛覆了一般人的認知。
一般認為糖淳類代糖跟膳食纖維是0熱量的。
今天用賣啞鈴的錢5000元。去自爆自棄的吃了Jean-Paul Hevin的巧克力,點了一堆熱巧克力飲料跟蛋糕,晚餐現在在Kitchen 喜吃一堆日本洋食跟喝酒吃的很爽。
唉,人生就是要這摩爽才有意思阿,雖然不知吃了這些胖了幾公斤。
還有中午吃了安可盧的豬腳,他號稱是萬巒豬腳的創始者,但沒想像中好吃。但也還不錯吃啦。
健身真是難阿,一個月的努力。一天的爆食就報廢了,真想哭阿。
用Kitchen 喜的美食來彌補吧,台灣最好的日本洋食餐廳,最高!!!!!!!!!
