本來四點要去健身
中午吃飽到四點剛剛好
練完接著晚餐 完美
結果臨時有事忙到剛剛晚餐也還沒吃
距離上一餐已經快八小時了
現在很餓
但今天的訓練還沒做
要先去練還是先吃飯
如果先吃飯,飽飽的就不想練了
而且也不可能等到半夜消化的差不多才熬夜去練
有人能建議嗎?
