又是一次無聊的人體實驗:紅豆水+意仁水 - 健身

最近朋友在幫這家公司做CASE
拿到很多免費的產品
想說擺著也是浪費,乾脆來喝一下好了
於是就開始我的人體實驗
實驗前先測個Inbody (早上、空腹)
然後接下來一個月,每天都會泡600cc的紅豆水+600cc的意仁水來喝
紅豆水喝起來有股酸味,意仁水就跟普通白開水差不多
反正我就都帶去健身房,一邊運動一邊喝,一下就喝完了
一個月後再去測Inbody,同樣早上空腹
結論是:一點用都沒有
身體內的「總水重」不減反升0.6公斤,當然,我可以把它視為是誤差範圍
但喝一個月的結果就是這樣
你要批評我實驗沒不精確、沒有詳細控制變因之類的
我都沒有意見,反正我喝一個月,量出來就是這樣
就跟上次燃脂劑實驗一樣
我又沒有要角逐諾貝爾獎,只是喜歡拿自己做人體實驗給大家參考而已
或許你喝了超有用,那就恭喜你嚕
