大家大塊朵頤之前
跟大家分享粽子的熱量
千萬別過量囉
然後也要記得吃點蔬菜!
不然也可以連粽葉一起吃補充纖維質唷 (誤)

客家粿粽 80g約172大卡
鹼粽 80g約109大卡
