一直以來都用正手練習引體
前陣子初次嘗試用反手
發現一個不太舒服的地方
就是在最低點手完全伸長的時候
就是感覺伸長時手心要翻成面向後方
整隻手臂有被扭轉拉扯的感覺
手腕也不舒服
感覺是某種活動度的問題
是因為肩膀外旋能力不夠的關係嗎?
