這幾天覺得食量有點增加....><
剛剛明明吃飽了卻又想吃東西
後來想到之前看過一個新聞
說有時候口渴卻會被身體解讀為餓了
而多吃多攝取了熱量
(可google "多喝水輕鬆甩開肥胖"文章內有講到)
所以剛剛就倒了一杯水喝
喝完真的飢餓感少很多了
不知道是不是因為冬天流汗量少的關係
喝水量也變少了
冬天真的要提醒自己要多喝水
畢竟喝水可以促進新陳代謝
也避免把口渴的訊息誤判成肚子餓的訊息~~
