原本為了擺脫體重的停滯期除了一周兩次的瑜珈之外
又買了X-bike 只要沒上瑜珈課的其他天 有空就會騎上30分鐘
但是令我驚嚇的情況來了 原本停滯時期的我體重是50kg(162cm)
沒想到前天量體重已經暴增為51.4' 體脂肪大概是24.25左右擺盪
剛剛量更驚人的變成52kg /______\
我自己思考了一下,因為有看過至底文關於減肥的迷思
裡頭提到了運動後馬上吃東西跟過一小時後再吃其實是沒差的
我受了這篇文章影響 運動後都會照常吃晚餐(一方面怕破壞基礎代謝率)
會不會是因為這樣導致吸收更好不受反胖>"<
有誰能告訴這到底是怎麼一回事嗎..
以及要怎樣才能快點突破停滯期呢? 3Q3Q
