大家好,
另外我有一個問題要請教大家,
如果當天有重訓或有氧,
只吃到基代的熱量夠嗎?
還是要再把運動多耗的熱量吃滿比較不會降低基代,
亦或要多吃多少percent的熱量?
Ex. 基代1300,跑步耗300大卡,
所以吃1300剛好or要吃1600大卡or吃1300+0.x*300?
