為啥大家可以接受跟包容生酮飲食(坦白說我就很不接受也很不認同這種方式
而且似乎也很容易復胖)醫學上只有把生酮飲食應用在癲癇患者身上
卻無法接受吃清淡蛋奶素(也很多人這樣吃 也不算極端吧)可以健康的減肥呢?
