可以用地瓜和維他命代替蔬菜嗎 - 健身

我說的是健身便當的準備方面
最近真的是忙到翻掉沒啥時間
連訓練都已經降到一週兩天了
要在那邊買菜挑菜洗菜洗米開火洗鍋子實在是很燒時間
所以最近稍微查了一下資料
發現地瓜的膳食纖維爆高 當主食的話可能比青菜還高
於是就心生一念
想說拿地瓜充當澱粉類順便代替蔬菜
而因為沒吃菜miss掉的營養素就由綜合維他命補足
這樣看起來蔬菜提供的纖維素和維他命都夠了
不過因為怎麼看都覺得非典型
所以想來問問看大家意見
