因為工作的關係 通常下班都七點多
大約在7:30~8:00這時間範圍買晚餐
之前減重都是靠吃自助餐 四菜一飯不挾肉
但這時間的自助餐通常都只有剩菜
有剩菜已經算很好了 有時連青色蔬菜都沒有
只有醬油炒過的洋蔥、炒蛋類油膩的菜色
左思右想 這時間想吃新鮮的 大概只剩麵食跟超商的地瓜了
想問如果靠麵食 有辨法補充一天所需的營養嗎
我平常是飯桶 只吃飯的 麵對我來說不會飽
蔬菜量也少 但除了自己煮 我已經想不到解決方法了
想要自煮應該是不可能 時間跟空間都辦不到
不知道晚下班的大家都吃什麼晚餐呢?
