高齡產婦生產完已經兩年多, 因為小孩不好帶加上本身個性容易ˇ緊張.
這兩年睡眠品質非常差, 免疫力也感覺得出下降
每天生活就是覺得很累 應該是沒有體力應付生活許多事導致.
有吃中藥調理身體 但感覺不見起色
因為駝背加上坐辦公室打電腦 抱小孩姿勢不良等因素, 最近有去看復健.
復健師也建議要運動
不知跟我同樣情況的媽媽們都怎麼運動呢 (本身年輕時就不愛運動 @@)
有報名過WG 但沒幾個月就退掉 (本來想上團體課 但覺得人多又很吵 )
目前每週報名一堂小班瑜珈 但有時小孩生病又得缺課...
不知還有什麼方法嗎? 買健身手錶從走路開始?
爬辦公室樓梯?(會傷膝蓋嗎)
