小弟身體資訊
高:167 CM
重: 69 KG
BMI: 24.7
體脂: 21 %
平常為久坐上班族,每日攝取標準為
基代: 1589 大卡
TDEE: 1907 大卡
蛋白質: 69*0.8 = 55.2g
因為最近有需求,一個月至少要消 3KG
食物會控制每日熱量攝取約1900大卡,蛋白質110g
每天運動時間大概只有1小時
問題來了,做有氧跑步還是重訓對於減重效果比較好?
跑步一小時機台顯示大約消耗700大卡
缺點是肌肉也會被一起減掉 只能盡可能補充蛋白質
重訓就沒有指標,不清楚每小時熱量消耗多少
如果我目標就是減重3公斤 (非減脂)
不在意連肌肉一起減掉情況下
選有氧還是重訓比較好?
