踏進健身房的第三天

第三個月
斷糖、乾淨飲食、有氧、重訓,雖然成功掉了15kg,但肌肉也掉了些,體脂肪也減速下降
,類似的數字持續了兩個月,覺得有點困惑,要怎麼突破停滯期呢?
