最近買了很火的骨盆帶,但是都只是上班期間穿上,
請問一下可以穿著骨盆帶去運動嗎??
因為最近開始每天快走一小時,發現我走路姿勢好像不太對!
右腳的腳板內側有條筋常常踏步下去會不舒服,
且左腳腳跟很容易磨出厚皮,右腳都不會這樣,應該是我左右腳出力不平均,
所以想買骨盆帶矯正,不知是否邊矯正邊運動效果更好??
還有假如要去看醫生要掛哪一科??煩請知道的回答一下,謝謝!
