三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:1. 7-11 藍莓/起士貝果、紅豆麵包、四片裝全麥吐司(吃三片)
+ 市售沖泡式的粉 (一包大約130kcal)
2. 豬肉漢堡 (大概兩到三個禮拜一次)
午餐:學校自助餐,夾的菜量約兩個拳頭 + 一碗飯的量 + 一顆滷蛋 + 一片白肉
晚餐:學校自助餐,夾的菜量約兩個拳頭 + 一碗飯的量 + 一個荷包蛋
其他:下午常吃 一顆蘋果
(有時還會多加其他的,例如奇異果,芭樂,但通常都以蘋果為主)
約兩天一次上午會買7-11中杯熱拿鐵(不加糖)
每天運動完會喝約 200~300 ml 低脂鮮奶
日常作息時間:23:00~05:00 or 06:00
生活型態:研究生
運動習慣:每天早上九點到學校健身房報到,現在都用跑步機來健走
一開始熱身坡度 0 、速度 8 km/hr = 10 分鐘
手臂腰大腿前側後側小腿腳踝拉拉伸展後開始運動
開始運動坡度調5.5、速度 6 km/hr = 40 分鐘
結束主要運動 cool down = 5 分鐘
我的問題:乍看之下體脂肪似乎是減少,但體重上升..
我的體重機是歐姆龍 HBF-356
老實說我不很相信這體重機量出來的體脂率 ><
因為早上起床量和運動後量可以差約 7 % QQ
老實說我現在還蠻氣餒的,是不是我吃太多了 T_T
我已經不知道我應該要怎麼吃東西了,嗚嗚
每天午餐晚餐都吃那樣,其實我也有點膩
可是不那樣吃又覺得不健康 Q______Q
然後現在體重都不降不降不降醬醬醬我快崩潰了.....
健身房能夠每天報到是因為,同一時間也有幾位女生常出現在跑步機區
尤其有位女生身材超棒的,每天都幻想哪天能跟她一樣 T_T
從去年的十二月到現在也半年了 T_T
好崩潰,到底哪時候才能到標準體重啊嗚嗚
