從一月開始運動以來,到目前已經四個月
體重從一開始的78Kg到現在66.5,但是似乎在這個地方停滯不前了
目前的基本資料如下
性別:男
年齡:34
身高:170
體重:66.5
體脂:18
基代:1606
內臟脂肪:8
從事的運動:從一月起星期一到五每天騎飛輪1~1小時15分,加上游泳300M(主要放鬆用),
有時沒騎飛輪則是自己騎自行車山路,平路加山路路程約40km。
原則上飛輪的迴轉數至少85以上,有時做間些達120,心跳120~175
騎自行車的迴轉數會降低,有時停紅燈或交通路況必須減速,約70~100
騎山路時心跳大約是140~175。
一個月前開始加入重訓,但是沒有很認真在做,大概是深蹲15下兩組
半仰臥起坐30下2~3組,伏地挺身30下2組,滑輪下拉強度5p(不知幾公斤)
15下2組。以上一個星期做2~3次,每次都會全部做到以上的餐單和組數。
飲食:早餐 乳清蛋白250ccc,奇異果或柳丁擇一+優格x1+總匯三明治x0.5+十穀粉
泡芝麻黑豆粉約500cc
中餐 星期一到五,餛飩湯(8顆小餛飩)+蛋1顆+大豆干1塊,偶爾加點
麻醬麵(一星期1次吧) 或是蒸小顆地瓜1顆
晚餐 運動前後乳清蛋白各200cc,鍋燒意麵(加一小匙沙茶醬),豆皮x2
或是 2塊蒸小地瓜+阿舍乾麵+優格
平時飲用水每天都會喝超過3000cc,只有星期六會喝一杯摩斯有甜度的紅茶,
其餘時間只喝開水,或檸檬水。
問題:我的體重希望能再降3公斤,不知道持續下去有沒有辦法,之前都做有氧,沒什麼
重訓,因此感覺身體肌肉量不足,希望加入重訓後可以再降低體脂肪,最令我在意
的是內臟脂肪8,好像太高了,要怎麼再降下來呢?
