有孕婦持續在慢跑的嗎? - 健身

我最近準備懷孕,每日大致固定會跑5~6km不等,只要不是大雨幾乎每天跑。
幾乎已經變成習慣了,幾年前看到日本NHK一個紀錄片
一位馬拉松選手懷孕後持續繼續跑馬拉松,印象中是生產前一個月還跑完半馬!!!
挺著大肚子還能跑馬拉松實在太厲害了的,不過是選手等級本來肌肉量跟常人就不同。
我想尋問有沒有版有有類似的經驗,就是懷孕後還持續跟懷孕前不斷地慢跑
想請問你們慢跑的量在幾個月後開始減,可以跑到大概幾個月 ?
因為很怕一停了習慣,又會養成以前沒事就一直猛吃零食的生活,生完小孩再也回不去了
