有孕婦持續在慢跑的嗎? - 健身

想推的突然有點多
還是回文好了
我是孕前就有大量運動習慣的人
就幾乎時常跑個八千、一萬
騎飛輪 做重訓 踏步機 瑜伽 跳舞 皮拉提斯 都會輪著做那種
一直維持這種運動量至懷孕六周那陣子剛好人在國外也不知情
還照常拚命趴趴走玩耍兒…XD
後來在國外醫院確認懷孕後
原本還天真抱持著:懷孕嘛,沒什麼吧 照常想跑步
結果肚子就開始不聽使喚會不舒服~嚇得我就不敢跑了
上網查資料又問了婦產科醫生
孕初期建議:
不要做垂直位移大的運動
體溫在運動時不要過高 熱會影響胎兒得腦部發育
在孕初期尤其重要
心跳率不要超過140/min 耗氧大會跟胎兒競爭氧氣
因此較激烈的運動以15分鐘左右結束為佳
於是我停止慢跑
開始慢慢騎飛輪 慢速踩踏步機 阻力跟速度都放輕慢
孕婦瑜珈一周兩次 一次一小時
(孕婦瑜珈跟一般瑜珈的不同 孕婦瑜珈會著重在背部伸展
舒緩孕婦因腹部日漸增加的重量所導致腰痠背痛
還有大腿內側伸展跟凱格爾練習 都是協助自然產程時順利的動作
有些動作甚至說能矯正胎位 這點我跟醫生都抱持存疑
但我的胎位是在27周開始就轉正沒錯^^)
每天散步一小時
然後在醫生評估身體很健康狀況下 孕中期開始繼續上gym做重訓
不過動到腹部肌肉太多的訓練是比較避免的
(其實體能與健康所及是要訓練到一些比較好
核心肌有力會幫助第二產程加速 有力有彈性的腹肌也能較避免妊辰紋發生)
有的話我也是用很輕的重量 不勉力有運動到就好
其它像腿、胸 我就照練
但訓練時像腿的部位
忌諱不要壓到肚子不要太憋氣 呼吸掌握要拿捏
這是目前我自己的經驗 目前32周多囉^^
整個孕期到目前沒有併發妊辰糖尿病、高血壓、水腫、零便秘也沒出現妊辰紋
體重目前增加7kg 算是還挺健康的孕婦就是
