: 四月份 一共運動57個小時28分 五月到目前是 運動19個小時又7分
: 體重62.5 體脂18% 骨骼肌38.4 基代1527
: 基本上跟上次的記錄差不多
: 不過本身的運動表現有進步

: 體脂一直沒降 看來上半身肌肉量不足是一個大問題
: 長時間只靠自行車在運動 降體脂有點難度ORZ
無意義的記錄繼續做
從5/16到今天6/22
一共運動47小時24分 一共消耗29110大卡
這陣子改變的只有把早餐本來吃早餐店的次數減少
改成吃燕麥泡牛奶
然後騎車的休息日一樣會做核心訓練
平常開始做伏地挺身上半身加減練練
