可以靠運動量大就隨意吃嗎? - 健身

這個主題的紀錄停了一陣子沒有更新,應該是也沒有人在意啦,哈哈
剛好今天又想到自己曾經有做過這個小小的人體試驗,
就在更新一下最近的近況給大家參考。
先講結論,就體重的部分跟之前一樣維持在65kg上下沒有甚麼改變。
再來講一下有改變的部分
今年年初請了教練協助自行車專項的訓練,
一直到現在每個禮拜練五休二,疫情爆發前外騎課表,
到後來疫情爆發後改成室內課表。
每次室內課表時間大概都會落在1.5小時上下,外騎課表則會在久一點
飲食部分一樣盡量還是吃飽為主,
只避免掉不必要的糖分攝取,
碳水化合物沒仔細算但是應該是吃蠻多的,
早餐基本上一樣是早餐店雙主餐 加飲料,
中餐便當或是便利商店的燴飯,
晚餐一樣是家裡煮的飯菜吃飽,練完車還會再補碳水跟蛋白質。
練完一個室內課表的消耗大約會落在800卡上下,室外課表則會更多。
原則上我個人覺得目前我應該是處於一個運動量跟飲食間平衡的狀態,
希望可以這樣一直持續下去了。
