之前習慣不吃早餐,所以16/8斷食無意中實施,但沒有什麼減脂效果,後來改嘗試20/4,然後在大約10小時以上過了之後,慢慢覺得口乾舌燥、口臭,然後灌水還減緩不了。
請問斷食的大家也會嗎?謝謝
