可調式啞鈴&飲食後的一些問題 - 健身

最近我買了一套可調式的啞鈴,
他是2.5p+5p+10p,各四片
我有去圖書館借一些有關健身的書籍回來看
其中一本書裡面有寫說,要先從重的開始舉到累,再減輕重量舉到累,最後再減輕一次
這個理論是對的嗎?因為我要重訓
我186/57
那我最重的要舉幾磅呢?
請各位肌肉男們給我一些建議
還有一個問題
健身跟飲食的順序,是先吃在健身,還是先健身再吃
書上有寫說吃完東西一個小時後不能健身,因為食物正在消化
可是我又有聽另一種說法,是要吃完東西後半小時就可以去健身
也有說熱量夠就可以健身,不夠就要再吃
可是這樣又循環到吃完多久才能健身的問題了
