練完的痠痛是怎樣子的才正常? - 健身

我練完大肌群→胸肌、腹肌、大腿
還有 二頭肌
作完3個小時候會越來越痠 並不會馬上感覺到
現在只要動一下該部位,或者用手指頭稍微壓一下就會酸酸痛痛的
這樣的情形算正常嗎? 我以前就很想問了,今天才PO XD
因為今天實在是太痠了 走路 大腿整個有點不行
目前胸肌最痠 然後是 二頭→大腿→腹肌
有什麼方法可以提早結束
酸痛然後繼續練的嘛 當然啦 我知道肌肉要有休息期 大概是兩天~三天
