各位好
剛好本人回老家台中短期出差兩個月
想找健身房可以作多關節運動(深蹲,臥推,划船,肩推,硬舉) 維持體態肌力
延續在國外時 SL 5x5課表(所以偏好有2.5lb的槓片)
一週約3次 想找有比較多深蹲架和自由槓不用等的健身房
我住南區
目前去過
雙和運動會館(南區):現場教練叫我硬舉不要出聲音..我大概拉180lb~210lb
5.5健身(復興路): 深蹲架兩個 我覺得要等頗久..而且槓片沒有小的,
得換很勤. 自由槓的重量感覺也不是很標準, 兩旁放槓片有生鏽..有點難拔

養肌場-器材不清楚
想請問大家哪邊比較推
