小弟最近發現練習時三項的動作走鐘
(之前的教練三項只教4堂課)
目前硬舉有繞膝的情形
雖然自己覺得沒有圓背
但是背部練完都很酸
深蹲改全蹲後也有屁股眨眼的感覺
臥推收肩夾收不好,會開掉
想請教練幫忙矯正動作
想請板上巨巨推薦
口碑不錯
