先附上早上家裡歡樂體脂計的數據
體重:87.7
體脂:26%
肌肉量:32%
最近兩個月體脂跟體重一直卡在這個區間無法再往下
想請問是否是出了什麼問題?
飲食部分如下(以昨天為例)
早餐

運動的部分從七月中開始
一週五到六天重訓
1.胸+三頭+肩
2.背+二頭
3.腿
4.核心+間歇跑
5.全身(胸背腿各兩項)
6.小肌群+間歇跑
基本上參考peeta葛格的中手訓練菜單來更改(有時候器材排不到)
目前啞鈴臥推可以左右手各22kg 做12下三組沒問題(但上週肩膀受傷慢慢復健中)
深蹲可到100kg 8下 5組
想請教各位板上的高手在飲食跟運動方面沒有可以做修改的?
