台北市哪裡有可以摔杠練舉重的地方 - 健身

小弟重訓半年多了
只對舉重相關訓練有舉趣
一入門就練前蹲、硬拉、上搏
無教練,就靠youtube上呂小軍和Ilya Ilyin的影片學
只有剛開始有兩位好心人教我負重時如何維持背是平的
剩下全部靠自己
從剛開始硬拉60公斤都有困難,到目前挺舉能穩定上80公斤
舉重說實在沒大家想得傷身(膝)、危險
一個沒教練的菜鳥入門直接玩杠鈴
半年了沒受過任嚴重的傷(都只是擦破皮…)
暖身要做,撐不住不要硬撐
遇到會造成嚴重傷害的緊急狀況,趕快丟杠(練一個動作前要先學會怎麼丟杠)
就不會受傷
本來只在台大舊體練,不過那裡器材有侷限
練前蹲只能練有能力上搏的重量(80~90公斤)
且那邊的杠好細,上搏碰大腿的時候很痛
手握著也非常容易破皮(手上多處已長厚繭,還是會破)
後來到台大新體繳費練,那兒有杠鈴架
練習時也盡力扶著杠鈴讓它慢慢下來
但練沒幾次還是被罵了
舉上去有時候累了,放下來會比較重,聲音稍大
或是像下蹲翻、上挺失敗,這時別無選擇只能丟杠
且新體free weight空間小到爆,長杠練舉重很壓縮其它人的空間
希望繳費的半年內,管理員別趕我出去啊~~
台北有沒有啥專門的場地能練舉重?
半年過後可能換地方練,對別人對自己都比較好
看影片,國外好多地方都有能摔杠的場地
台灣怎麼都是些以器械為主的不專業場地?
