今年上半年為了考試
三個月內減掉了 14kg
希望可以在明年四月前再瘦下去
可以的話想減10-15kg
看到版上LINE團都滿了... 那就自己開一個吧....
介紹一下自己:
====上半年減肥法====
關於吃:
早餐正常吃 / 午餐澱粉、肉類、蔬果擇一 / 晚餐不吃
不吃正餐以外的食物
若要喝飲品只喝無糖無奶的咖啡或茶
運動:
每天跑 3KM
其實原PO原本很不能跑步,跑一圈要休息一圈
從500M 慢慢練到跑 3KM
但因為膝蓋不太好,3KM會分兩到三次跑完,中間快走
快走里程不算在3KM裡面
仰臥每天75起跳
伏地每天10個
((仰臥和伏地和當初要考試有關))
知道自己的方法不對,所以希望組員可以互相指教和監督

希望這次減肥使用的方法不要那麼激烈,因為在趕論文阿Q____Q
運動求每周至少三次
徵求[認真]想瘦的人一起努力
也希望可以徵到一起運動的朋友~
((之後會去台北市某個運動中心))
群組內希望
1.每週留言板:群組員至少每三天分享一次運動或飲食 減重狀況
2.揪運動
3.互相勉勵、打氣
潛水太久的人會刪除喔...希望大家能持之以恆!!!
減肥是一條長期的路,誰說瘦下來就好了呢?
飲食習慣和運動習慣是要保持的!
希望群組在未來可以從減肥LINE群變成美體LINE群!!!!
