這兩天看到一些滿令人傻眼的觀點
看到有人說
靠有氧運動然後吃餅乾跟雞排還有豆漿
達成增肌減脂
他提供的在康是美量的數據 確實是體脂有變少 體重有增加
他自己也覺得身材有變壯?
說他的飲食少碳然後是生酮飲食?
重點還有人認為這樣子是可行的??
真的黑人問號
我覺得這比一休的花支丸還有開創性阿...
