史丹利終於下定決心開始減肥了

身體數值好像蠻誇張的
之前看館長跟史丹利直播時就有說了
史丹利真的踏進健身房了
希望他好好努力
不過....像他這樣已經達病態性肥胖的其餘網紅..我就沒看過成功的
在11:02的時候 史丹利也有提到有人說他這樣可能手術是最好的選擇
不過他拒絕了就是,想靠自己的毅力,恩....像我這種凡人
胖到超級病態性只能靠手術
但是我們史丹利何許人也!!??? 世界冠軍阿! 上路帝王阿!!
能堅持一件事情拿到世界第一之人的毅力哪是我這種凡人比得上的??
看好他能靠自己減,畢竟上路切胃帝王並不好聽...

教練先教他用一些機械式器材,跟走走跑步機和放鬆肌肉而已
對於入門新手是挺適合的
或許可以再玩個彈力球??? 這麼大體重還是可以先加個游泳吧??
