吃不到基代 可是已經飽了 - 減肥

自己減肥已經大約2.3個星期
其實還沒決定減肥時 就有先讓自己少吃一點
因為體重在88左右
最近加入少量運動+那3週的飲食控制
體重有降到82
身高/體重 165/82
問題是,看大家都說要吃到基代
可是我似乎都沒有吃到基代
但是真的很飽
而會減少食量也是因為之前吃到胃痛
痛起來都是想吐 吐不出來 痛3-5小時
所以怕痛的我就沒再吃那麼多了
每日菜單大概是
早餐 : 蔬菜三明治 不抹美奶滋
午餐 : 滷雞腿便當 飯一半
配菜3樣都是自己選的 是青菜
晚餐 : 燕麥片37公克配300cc水
想請問,如果真的吃不下
要努力多吃一點到基代嗎??
因為爬文看大家很重視基代
也怕自己瘦的是肌肉 以後會復胖
