話說從2012年3月開始減肥
除了戒掉含糖飲料、勾芡食物,另外把珍奶改改成無糖珍紅
不健康的食物只吃一半:蛋糕吃一半、雞排吃一半
裹粉炸物都快從我生命中消失了
其他的…好像也沒特別忌口
最近2,3個月開始自己榨豆漿
有次不小心火開太大,煮出古早味炭燒豆漿=.= 男友讚不絕口
想說豆渣丟掉很可惜,但是黃豆又不能生吃
所以就把剩下的豆渣拿去炒熟、烤過,放密封罐後進冰箱
料理起來也比較方便
有時早上喝無糖豆漿或鮮奶
就加一兩匙豆渣、芝麻粉,還蠻香的
材料:豆渣、低筋麵粉 (我的豆渣比麵粉多)
青蔥1根、菇類1把(柳松菇、金針菇)、雞蛋1顆、鹽、胡椒粉
如果豆渣糊有點乾的話,可以加點水
方法:把材料全部攪在一起,捏成球狀後,放入平底鍋壓平,煎熟

真的好好吃,超美味的,熱量也不高,配上一奇異果、一杯黑咖啡就飽了。
30歲才開始的減肥,真的比不上20幾歲時啊!
唯一比的上的只有廚藝了
難怪第1年瘦12kg(83-71),第3年的現在才來到60kg
等天氣冷一點,差不多可以挑戰雞肉丸子了 ^^
