從今年2月減肥,飲食控制+運動+肌耐力訓練,基本上應該都有做到
(飲食內容和運動方式就先不寫了)
但是過程中有一個應該算不太健康的方式想和大家討論
就是熱量控制一定是用「天」計算的嗎?
有時候碰到生理期快來,或是情緒較低落時,就會突然想大吃
然後隔天,或接下來2-3天會為了控制熱量而吃很少(甚至會低於每日基代)
雖然自己的經驗到目前是沒有明顯復胖的情況
好奇的是,這種方式可以一直持續嗎?
(我知道暴飲暴食是不好的習慣,但有時腦下垂體就會分泌不受控制的荷爾蒙XD)
