有的時候因為一忙起來,發現晚餐就沒吃到
或者早餐晚吃,以至於就少掉一餐
所以整日通算下來距離基代還很遙遠...
晚上回到家後該怎麼處理?!
A. 管他,倒頭就睡
B. 跟他拚了,吃宵夜補足基代再去睏!!
該怎麼做才對呢?! >____________<
