想請教板上高手,
我應該是板上的老灰呀.
已經超過40歲了.
在五年前開始做重訓,
(先前只有跑步)
目的是想增加肌肉.
我的身高178,體重62.
體脂率大約在14%-15%左右.
我跑步維持一個禮拜三或四次,
每次一小時,跑10KM.
重訓三天,
胸,三頭,前三角一天.
腿一天.
背,二頭,側三角一天.
在現行課表下,體重的增加相當緩慢.
本來一直有在考慮減少慢跑的時間,
可是擔心年過不惑,高血糖或高血脂的一些毛病找上門.
當然還有另一個原因就是我似乎已經習慣一次10KM的慢跑.
想請問板上高手,
我的訓練方式目前是否有改善的空間.
