我早餐固定會先喝:
溫開水1杯
蘋果1顆
牛奶一杯(桂格膠原蛋白高鐵脫脂奶粉5匙+
薏仁雪花片&澳洲燕麥片5匙)
午餐不一定會好好吃.最高卡路里的頂多是自助餐便當,但不常.
如果午餐沒吃,就會抓兩片蘇打餅乾或是日本烤黑豆,最糟糕是亂吃餅乾
晚上一定是很健康的蔬菜湯-->青江菜.高麗菜或是小白菜之類的選1種.
豆腐半塊
菇類(金針菇.香菇或是杏包菇)
乾燥海帶牙1小撮
雞湯塊半塊或味增1匙
有時候會加1顆蛋
宵夜:如果真的超餓.會吃一點巧克力.或是吃一點日本烤黑豆.
如果沒有特殊行程,或是朋友同學聚餐,不然我的三餐形式通常是這樣~
我個人認為比起一般人看來很健康,但...怎麼還是不能變成瘦子阿>"<?
p.s:我是158cm,46kg左右,
看起來好像還可以,但是有肥肚子.肥大腿.肥小腿.胖手臂和肥右臉= =+
