分享一下我最近吃了覺得還不錯的減肥食譜
現在已經吃了兩個星期了
有受到快三公斤 效果算是不錯
早餐
無糖豆漿一杯(500c.c)
火腿蛋吐司(不加美乃滋)
----------------------------------
午餐
飯前30分鐘:藍藻酵素1包
纖吃纖盈餐包
蔬菜(除玉米):加到你開心
蛋一顆 70kcal
如果嘴饞可以吃三片蘇打餅乾or芭樂一顆
----------------------------------
晚餐
飯前30分鐘:藍藻酵素1包
纖吃纖盈餐包
蔬菜(除玉米):加到你開心
雞肉1~2份(70~140g)
其實這個食譜原本是我姐在吃的
本來我還有點不太相信
後來想說反正我姐都訂了這麼多餐包
所以就跟她一起吃
沒想到效果還蠻好的 真的有變瘦了一些
而且感覺不會說吃的東西一下子減少很多
所以吃的還蠻飽的
跟我印象中的減肥餐不太一樣
所以也蠻推薦版友可以試試看的
