在下是易胖體質 又沒有運動習慣
所以常常一不注意就胖很多
但其實我吃得不多
我的食量對男生而言不大
也不常吃零食或喝含糖飲料
更不吃消夜
但就是容易胖
某天我跟朋友吃飯他說他終於發現我的問題了
說我吃東西都吃很快 狼吞虎嚥
這樣容易胖
說細嚼慢嚥比較不容易胖
我想到我另一個朋友
吃超多 曾經吃吃到飽吃到老闆傻眼
但他就很瘦(173/60吧)
雖然體質也有關 但我想到他都吃超慢
一頓飯吃很久
請問這真的有影響嗎
