吃的飽 但沒吃到基代該怎麼辦? - 美體

小弟基代在小弟之前發的文有說過了
差不多1700卡左右
身高180/95
但是這一兩個禮拜也不是刻意吃很少
早餐:燕麥片+可可燕麥+鮪魚吐司
午餐:肉一塊(巴掌大)+青菜2~3樣+一碗飯+一碗湯
晚餐:燙青菜一份+鮪魚土司OR皮蛋瘦肉粥
吃這樣我覺得就飽了
每天也有跑步40分鐘左右
但這樣好像還沒達到基代...
該如何再增加食物的份量呢?謝謝
p.s 沒有刻意吃少 就避掉炸的跟飲料AND消夜
