心得分享:
每天都有運動30分鐘 體重沒什麼變...穿褲子感覺腰圍是有變鬆
但屁股跟大腿的肉還是在
上個月抱著加減的心情吃輔助食品(朋友推薦的輕立纖)
認真看成份植物萃取 就想說試試看
分成飯前吃食前膠囊(油切、醣切) 飯後吃食後膠囊(代謝)
搭配原本的運動 然後戒掉飲料
有先連續吃三天 期間沒有拉肚子
只是食後吃完身體有熱感 運動汗也流比較多 代謝感覺有比較快
現在量大腿有比較小一點 偶爾會跳鄭多燕加強專攻下半身
持續下來有突破停滯期的感覺
可能輔助食品多少還是有點幫助吧
至少排便量感覺有變多 打算照這個計畫持續下去
