三餐內容
早餐:黑咖啡+花生醬吐司(塗得滿滿)+黃金奇異果1顆+芭樂1/4顆(再少一點)
午餐:鮪魚吐司(鮪魚罐頭大約3湯匙)+烏龍茶+水煮蛋1顆+黃金奇異果1顆
晚餐:拇指大的小紅蘿蔔5根+綠花椰菜半顆左右+全指牛奶1杯+水煮豬肉片約50g
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:早上8點起床,9點吃完早餐後開始工作,中午一點午休半小時(吃飽飯過了
約10分鐘睡的),晚餐六點前吃完.
生活型態:上班族+學生
減肥方式:慢跑4圈1200,中間都有休息,總共時間差不多1小時
問題陳述:我想問各位前輩們~~我這樣持續三天會瘦嗎???
運動都有一直持續在做啦,只是這個菜單是改良網路流傳的三日減肥餐,
不曉得有沒有效,會不會復胖~~我是每餐都有吃得飽,中間也沒有再另外吃東西!!
希望暑假兩個月可以瘦到50公斤~~~~~
