偶然間看到一個這樣的網站
發現好像淺顯易懂
於是興起了跟這樣的鍛鍊法鍛鍊的念頭
可是問題來了 請問一個動作以後要休息多久 才繼續下一個動作呢?
又這樣全部做完一次 一天的份量就結束了嗎?
我知道要看個人身體狀況而定
我身高178 體重65 肌肉跟體能都是中下 想從基礎慢慢練起
可以請各位前輩 小小的幫我規劃一下嗎 > <
(手邊有一個15P的啞鈴 - - 家中好像有20P跟30P的
就是沒有兩個一樣的 )
