各位對overhead sit-up的看法如何 - 健身

我想問:
1.這樣的sit up是不是比傳統的更能訓練到核心肌群的穩定性跟肩膀的穩定性?
2.腳不壓住的話,在做大重量的時候,有可能可以腳穩穩的不離地就把身體撐起來嗎?有
點難以理解他在力學上是怎麼辦到的@@
我昨天試了一下,很像TGU從躺平到撐起身體時的那個感覺,想說也許可以當作一種輔助訓
練,順便練一下腹肌(我TGU可以16公斤了,但用左手的話,在起身時會出現掙扎的情形)
