我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的版規:(是
最近喜歡早上跟晚上都健走
晚上還好 早上運動完通常過半小時就要上班。我在公司旁邊運動
精華區與爬文有說 運動完一小時內是補充營養的黃金時間 但熱量不能過300卡
可是早餐店的漢堡平均熱量為450~550
這樣我應該是怎麼吃呢
